Oakey Holdings Pty Ltd was established in 1988 and is a subsidiary of Nippon Meat Packers Inc, the largest meat distributor in Japan. Oakey Holdings owns Whyalla feedlot, the largest feedlot in Australia and four livestock breeding properties, 'Scheelite' in King Island, 'DGS' at Texas, 'Cattle Creek' at Cecil Plains and 'Walla Wallah' at Forbes These fully integrated production systems and ISO based management systems enable us to produce safe, consistent and higher quality beef to our customers in Japan, Korea, and other world markets.
